A new call for applications for the assignment of a post-doc scholarship dedicated to Carlo Ludovico Ragghianti and Licia Collobi has been published.
The Ragghianti Foundation, thanks to the support of the Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca Foundation, is awarding for the ninth consecutive year a scholarship, worth 9,000 euros, intended for those who have obtained a doctorate after 1 March 2020, and aimed at a research path concerning the personality and work of Carlo Ludovico Ragghianti and/or Licia Collobi, whose archive funds have both been completely ordered and inventoried.
Last year, the winner of the grant was Carolina Trupiano Kowalczyk, who will complete her project at the end of May dedicated to Carlo Ludovico Ragghianti's interest in eighteenth-century art and his connection with the Venetian cultural environment. The original research of previous scholarship holders have been published or are being published in the series of ‘Quaderni della Fondazione Ragghianti’.
New candidates must also propose an original research topic on Carlo Ludovico Ragghianti and/or Licia Collobi, which is in relation to the archive and photographic funds held by the Ragghianti Foundation, with particular reference to topics less explored by scientific production and therefore susceptible to original discoveries and reflections.
Applications must be submitted no later than June 9, 2025. The scholarship period runs from October 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
